Isn't Sasha a Jewish name?

but Obama's daughter is named Sasha. I mean it's ok if people who aren't jewish have a jewish name, but I was just wondering if I was misinformed.

When I first heard it about 35yrs. ago it was the nickname of the Priminister of Canada's son Sasha but I believe his real name was Michel which is Canadian french.He died in a ski avalanche years ago.It was the Trudeau's. But I would say it is a Russian name here I think people just use it as nickname. But I really like it though for A girl's name.
