How do you pronounce the Jewish name Shmuel?
I never correct Mark.


BUT :-P


it's Shmyuel (there's a bit of a 'y' before the "oo". It's a very brief sound. bJust say the 'u' in full.) And this is only in regard to the Schmuel's I've known, not the Schmuel's Mark has known. :)
